LAUNCHER PORT — ARDUINO IDE
===========================

Target hardware
---------------
ESP32-2432S028 Cheap Yellow Display (2.8-inch, ILI9341 + XPT2046)

Install
-------
1. Copy every folder from AIDE/libraries into your Arduino libraries folder:
     macOS: ~/Documents/Arduino/libraries/
2. Restart Arduino IDE.
3. Open AIDE/LauncherPort/LauncherPort.ino.
4. Select Tools > Board > ESP32 Arduino > ESP32 Dev Module.
5. Select a 4 MB flash size and a partition option that permits a large app.
The included partitions.csv is used automatically by current ESP32 cores.
6. Select the CYD serial port and click Upload.

Recommended environment
-----------------------
- Arduino IDE 2.x
- Espressif ESP32 board package 3.3.4 or newer
- Included LVGL 8.4.0, ArduinoJson, and Arduino_GFX libraries

Notes
-----
- The pin map is compiled into src/LauncherCYD_Config.h.
- This build is specifically for the original ESP32-2432S028, not the 2-USB,
capacitive-touch, S3, or other CYD variants.
- LVGL owns the physical display for every screen. The hybrid home screen uses
native LVGL objects; preserved Launcher screens render into an LVGL canvas
and no longer write directly to the panel.
- Existing Launcher actions remain backed by the upstream implementation.
